Call us old school–a badge of honor–when we think of the word synthesis our brains immediate go back to the post-punk 80's. Nevertheless, in this case it is writer David Coleman doing a bit of synthesizing of reviews in his latest piece, "This unusual Florida dive bar is definitely worth the visit", for Fast Food Club.
Perched on the wall, it was easy to read David's article as I hover over our patrons. The bartenders didn't miss a beat, humoring me by putting on the perfect playlist of essentials on the juke like Joy Division, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Soft Cell, New Order, The Cure, and of course, The Sisters of Mercy.
