Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at macsclubdeuce.com. Following are the terms

and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed and shipped two times a week from Mac’s Club Deuce at 222

14th Street Miami Beach, Fl. 33139.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few

days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant

delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Domestic Shipping: We offer free domestic shipping on all items. 

 

International Shipping: We offer international shipping. Please contact us at info@macsclubdeuce.com prior to completing your order. Please include your complete contact information: full name, shipping address, and the items you intent to purchase, including sizes. We will send you the expected cost of shipping and instructions on moving forward with your purchase. Please note our Customs, Duties and Taxes policy below.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses

through USPS. We also ship internationally where available.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing

your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of

processing your order.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Mac’s Club Deuce is not responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs,

taxes, etc.).

Damages

Mac’s Club Deuce is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you

received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim within 7 days of receiving your package. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If your claim is denied, please contact us at info@macsclubdeuce.com for further assistance. Include the denial and all supporting material in your email. Please save all packaging materials and damaged good while we further assist you.
