Return Policy

Customers can request a full refund within 7 days of receiving the item. The returned item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it. Refunds will be processed after the item is received. Refund processing times vary by your financial institution. To initiate your request, send an email to info@macsclubdeuce.com.

Returning damaged / defective items

Mac’s Club Deuce is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you

received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim within 7 days of receiving your package. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If your claim is denied, please contact us at info@macsclubdeuce.com for further assistance. Include the denial and all supporting material in your email. Please save all packaging materials and damaged good while we further assist you.

 

If the item is defective contact us at info@macsclubdeuce.com with claim information, photographs supporting the claim. Please allow 3-5 business days for a response. If it is defective a new replacement item will be sent along with a label to return the damaged goods.

Final Sale items

Any items marked final sale, including intimates and gift cards, are not eligible for

returns. You may be instructed to submit a photo of the item as part of your request for

a return.

Exchanges

If an exchange is needed due to size error the customer can contact to request an exchange and we will do our best to accommodate them in a timely manner.
