While in Miami researching her upcoming book Fringe Florida Lynn Waddell stumbled upon Mac's Club Deuce. It was 2009 and Lynn was looking for "the state's unusual and sometimes illicit subcultures" when she found something else; friends. She described The Deuce as something straight out of a Damon Runyon novel; we agree. Looking past her setting, she found the lunch-time crowd full of friends, you know them as Deucers.
