From the Klein Family... March 25, 2016 / Miami Beach, FL "To all our friends and family, This post is to inform you of the passing of my father Mac Klein. He left yesterday, comfortably and surrounded by people he loved. He wanted celebration, not mourning, because his life was one of great love, friendship and success. He lived every moment.

While in Miami researching her upcoming book Fringe Florida Lynn Waddell stumbled upon Mac's Club Deuce. It was 2009 and Lynn was looking for "the state's unusual and sometimes illicit subcultures" when she found something else; friends. We can't say when we first met Anthony Bourdain, but we know it was well before his latest visit. Like many, Bourdain thinks of Mac's Club Deuce as a home away from home.
