A beer and a shot for Bourdain

For many Anthony Bourdain was a man larger than life. A celebrity chef with multiple book and television deals, and public appearances, Bourdain was also a son, brother, father, spouse, and friend. At first glance Anthony's cynical wit matched his rugged exterior; an everyday man with tattoos who was never afraid to get his hands dirty. For those who looked past the smoke and formidably, Bourdain was a man with enormous empathy and a champion for the underdog. His vulnerability and honesty opened the door for millions to better understand the world around them while giving a voice to the underserved.

We are grateful for his friendship and the outpouring of love he gave to Mac's Club Deuce. It was always a pleasure to see him walk through the door. Our hearts are full knowing that if there is a place beyond this mortal world, Mac was there to greet his friend Anthony with a beer, a shot, and a shoulder.
